[BUG]: App publisher and Urls incorrect #26

When the app is installed into Microsoft Teams, the app publisher is displayed as Teams App Inc and the publisher urls point to www.example.com.

This is the case during local development and when packaging the app to push to the organisation store using Teams Toolkit.
