Universities/institutions supporting Galaxy work across a wide international footprint/scope; the coverage for the US Galaxy team alone covers the majority of the country: US-East (PSU), US-West (UCSC), US-MidAtlantic (Hopkins), US-South (TACC).

WHY are these organizations not self-promoting Galaxy on an annual basis? (HOW are other universities/institutions projects covered by these institutions?)
WHAT are the names of these syndication outlets for each supporting university/institution?
HOW: Of the syndication outlets, how much is the cost and which are free? Of the syndication outlets, what is the lead time in order to get content coverage, syndicated, and cross-posted?
