Team publicity via email signatures

To be readily adopted by internal Galaxy team, this should be done after content is updated on the sites/outlets being directed towards. Also, internal Galaxy team should be given more hands-on guidance outside of this document, suggested improvements: (1) first, screenshots to better demonstrate all the options presented (using plain text and html), (2) second, written guidance on how to not interfere with institutional policies against product promotion, (3) then, attending all Working Group meetings to request some time to walk attendees through the requested email signature options, and (4) and lastly, consider number of emails people send seems to be decreasing to manage expectations.
