Create direct links to Tab Categories on Galaxy Platform Directory

Issue:
There are currently 160+ items in the directory which is a lot to look at once. The "tabs"/categories help to make the list more readable and relevant for the user. However, there are no direct links to the individual "tabs". For example, directing a user to view just the tabs related to "Academic Clouds" environments means: (1) visiting https://galaxyproject.org/use (2) and then clicking the "Academic Clouds" tab. It would be easier to just provide a direct link like https://galaxyproject.org/use/academic-clouds or even https://galaxyproject.org/use/?tab=123

Use Case:
Having direct links to the Wikipedia Page
