Too old version for android.

You use very old gradle version. Please, update at least up to gradle:7.3.0.

The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.5.20 and higher.
The following dependencies do not satisfy the required version:
project ':system_settings' -> org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.3.50

If you don't have time maybe you could delegate a maintainer?

After that I'm not sure how it will be made available publicly, is it automatic?

The project doesn't appear to be maintained anymore, is there a way to move forward?

I'd be happy to do so, however I have no idea on how to proceed if somehow can help?
