Issue Description :The message that displays when books are assigned is currently displaying as User Role updated
This is misleading

Steps:
Login as an admin
Select Create/Assign Projects
Click Assign Users
Select a Book . Eg Hos
Select Assign

Observation: A message saying User Assignment :User Role updated is displayed

Expected Result:
The message should say" Book assigned" as it is the book assignment that happens here and not a user role updation
