Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to have tagged releases so that we can [easily] predictably install the same version when using with automation. An ideal solution also includes a version subcommand.

Describe the solution you'd like

CONTENDER_VERSION="v0.1.0"
$ cargo install --git https://github.com/flashbots/contender --tag $CONTENDER_VERSION --bin contender
$ contender version
