Add the features requested in the Imagen PR. The progress with Ollama and OpenAI

  • Add ActionRunContext to Gemini and Imagen
  • Add chat to Gemini
  • Create a Pydantic model for Imagen options
  • Add an option to generate serveral images at a time
  • Create build_prompt method like in Ollama model for Imagen

I think, there should also be a test for embedders and, it might be, to the plugin_api.

If possible, I'd better add streaming to Gemini.
