[FEATURE]: PostersOverview filter

Add a filter to the PostersOverview component. You should be able to filter based on several different attributes, like street name, family name, first name, death location, birth location, etc.

Perhaps have a more advanced filter option available also to filter based on things like birth/death year ranges and be able to select several options at a time.
