[Bug]: Street input shows only currently visible streets in list

Description

When using the street input in the posters filter, it will only show the currently visible streets in the list of options.
If for example, we have filtered for 'Oosterpark', and then use the street input again, it will only show options in the list for streetnames that contain Oosterpark.

Expected behavior

When interacting with the street input after already having filtered for something, only streetnames that match the previous filter will be shown in the dropdown list.

Actual behavior

The street input dropdown list should show all available options, not just the ones that match the currently applied filter.
