Plugin causes 60s freeze on every new file save

This plugin causes Sublime Text to completely freeze for 60 seconds while saving a new file.

Hi,

You're probably saving files in a directory that's under your current
clientspec's root folder with a p4 server that's unreachable.

When the plugin was initially written, there was no way to launch p4 in a
separate thread. Not sure if it's possible now, but you're more than
welcome if you want to contribute that kind of improvement.
