implement configurable provider auto-redirect to skip provider selection page

Description

As end-user I would like to have SSO-like behavior for Overlay to avoid passing auth flow twice
and in case of single IdP provider configured for Chat/Overlay (NextJS Auth) I would like to skip provider selection page

Use case/motivation

TL;DR
we need https://github.com/epam/ai-dial-chat/releases/tag/0.23.1 like behavior available in any new Chat / Overlay version
