Various features that'd be great to have

• list all missing files
• remove all files that aren't part of an installed mod (i.e. clean up)
• download/backup all mods
• restore mod (as mentioned in No restore function #6, mentioning it here again since that issue is over 2 years old)

I have only glanced at the code and I don't know how much time I'd be able to dedicate to this project, but generally speaking: I'd be happy to help with this.

Maybe removing all files associated with a given json might be useful, too? I know many mods share files, but you could run a quick pre-fetch of other ones after deleting one if that's worrysome. Some mods just have a ton of files which you might just want to get rid of to save some space if you're not using it anymore.
