Hey guys, thank you very much for all your work! :)

In the current documentation there is no mention of a ‘cover mode’ to control roller shutters. Is this already possible?
As it only works with an interlock between two relays.

Cheers,
brotaxt

That isn't available yet, but shouldn't be hard to implement.
I will take a look, but as I cannot test it here, will need your support with some feedback when I have a testing code.

That's no problem :) I have several switches here to test new code. Thank you very much! ♥️

i don't understand what the "cover mode" is. you can make it work as a cover controller through automations.

for example i just have an automation for the slide for my cover.
i have turned the switch 90 degrees to the right. so i slide down (right) if i want the cover to come down or up (left) if i want the cover to go up.

I think the basic difference would be the capability of controlling this locally even when Wi-Fi isn't available.

Exactly 👍 and you need an interlock for the roller shutter motor. Otherwise it will be damaged

Any updates on this?
I can help test it as well
