Update InvenioRDM metadata handling #1104

What?

The InvenioRDM metadata handling should be updated to provide all the information we can.
In particular:

  • Set the authors, not the submitter.
  • Add PID
  • Journal information should be in custom_fields.
  • The publisher and abstract should be set.
  • Authors should have orcids.
  • Grant information should be provided
  • Split names into given and family. This is available from CrossRef.

Why?

InvenioRDM users expect all of this metadata to be provided
