Add input pin to check whether the battery is plugged into the car or is on the charging hand cart and automatically reconfigure the CAN-bus when connected to the handcart.

The pin for handcart detection has been added, the hardware side of the issue can be closed

Perfect! How is the pin configured (pull-up or down)? Ideally it should be identical to the new Mainboard's one.
