When I'm signed in as an admin, the Deletron shows everyone's files, and doesn't name the owner in the list UI.

It would be great to be able to filter by user, and secondarily, to have the username shown in the file list.

Use cases:

our slack has a monthly reminder "delete your files!" and users all go clean up their own files. Admins can't see their own files to clean up.
admins might want to remove all files belonging to members who have left the community
admins might want to quickly delete all files of someone who is spamming images against the slack's code of conduct
