小程序加载不到验证码图片什么原因 #27

网络抖动问题一般会加载不到验证码图片

建议步骤：

首先切换4g/wifi，来试下能否加载成功验证码
接着试下浏览器直接打开验证码域名，看能否正常访问，定位网络是否异常
最后可清除缓存重新进入并加载验证码
如果还是不可以，需要收集用户ip等信息，联系顶象技术支持去排查日志
