[Marvell] Update HWSKU (sonic-net#21488)
Why I did it Update HWSKU for DB and RD boards to work with latest SAI SDK for Marvell platforms. Also remove HWSKU's for unsupported platforms. How to verify it Loaded sonic image on respective RD and DB boards and verified show interfaces status. Signed-off-by: Pavan Naregundi <pnaregundi@marvell.com>
