requirement python2.7 and above , opencv ,prototxt file for gpu and hardware ,pbtxt for training, and argparse
step 1: download or clone in a directory
step 2: open cmd prompt in window and terminal in linux and mac and install opencv and argparse by using following commands.
step 3 : pip install opencv-python
step 4 : pip install argparse
step 5 : goto the directory of all downloaded files and open cmd prompt there.
step 6 : python script.py
