Feature request for Discord Rich Presence/RPC API

Describe the feature request

Latest Version: I think a great implementation for YTMU would be Discord Rich Presence API. It would allow others on Discord to see your music that's currently playing. Not an expert on API, but I think by connecting to the Rich Presence API, you can change your status. Not a good explainer, but I think you see what I'm getting at.
