[ISSUE] Warning issued when login with Azure CLI

Description
A warning is issued if logging in with using Azure CLI when supplying tenant and workspace id

Reproduction

from databricks.sdk import WorkspaceClient
import logging

logging.basicConfig(level=logging.DEBUG)
workspace_client = WorkspaceClient(

Expected behavior
No warning emitted

Is it a regression?
It worked in 0.19.0
