folder with grades missing

Walkthrough 2: There's no folder gradebooks in 'data' nor anywhere else. Hence, there are not files with grades.

The issue was that the gradebooks data is in the book repo, not the dataedu package repo: https://github.com/data-edu/data-science-in-education/blob/main/data/gradebooks/ExcelGradeBook.xlsx

Adding it in data-raw/wt02_wt-gradebook/raw for posterity: 5754717
