Create a quickstart script

Making it easier for developers to start developing would be great. So why not create a quickstart script or something comparable?

I tried building the backend, and struggled, see https://github.com/cryptic-game/java-backend/issues/350. A script is maybe the best option but also the most complicated one, due to different operating systems, etc. I got some (most of the steps) for the start from the linked quickstart script PR. A complete quickstart guide will definitely help a lot.

@cryptic-game/head-of-backend Yes can certainly be a help. But we currently lack the capacities and probably the desire to write such a script. Feel free to talk about it on Discord and discuss it. Thanks.
