Vertical Stairs to Stairs Conversion Recipe

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Grab a "Copycat Vertical Stairs"
2. Put "Copycat Vertical Stairs" into crafting table.
3. See error

Expected behavior
Verticals stairs would craft normal stairs

Additional context
Likely just a tagging issue as it says the recipe, "copycats:crafting/copycat_vertical_stairs_from_conversion" accepts any copycat stairs but it should likely just be accepting normal copycat stairs, that way the other recipe that exists to do the vertical to normal would be able to take effect. Thanks
