Since our facebook page is more like a platform rather than simply a chatbot, users may send their feedback via messenger. In this case, we decided to disable the chatbot function temporarily until we have clearly positioned this facebook page and chatbot.

  2. 提醒使用者可以在左下角 menu 切換模式
