Student blacklist

Idea from the big man himself (Iliano), but he wants eventually a way for Admins to specify students who are blacklisted from the OHQ to deal with problematic students who misuse OH resources. So adding a list to admin settings, storing whether a student is blacklisted in the DB, and maybe having a configurable pop-up message that blacklisted students get would be good things to do resolve this.

i don't remember if this was done but you should probably also add into the admin side of the metrics page a view of all students and the # of questions they've asked, time spent on queue waiting/being helped, etc. these are all queryable (I remember doing so in the past), I just don't remember if it's built into the app

you can then probably edit a "blacklist" from there. the point is usually that ideally blacklisted students are at the top of these tables (ex. amt of time on queue). if someone is blacklisted and not there it's a special case. if someone is not blacklisted but is at the top it would help to identify

That is actually built in already! There's a Ranked TAs and Ranked Students view for admins only that shows all their stats
