If we cannot show the URL for Chef Automate on the Managed Resource Group Getting Started page, we should create an Output that shows the URL (not just the FQDN). It was quite a few clicks to find it.

Can we do something in the view definition here? TBD with Microsoft w/c 19/8/19

As per meeting 14 October 2019 this is still not implemented on the MSFT side - you cannot yet pass outputs from the main template into the state for the View definition
