Whenever there are no results for MapTableWidget it defaults to Hanish Islands.

Ultimately, if there are no results it redirects the map to Hanish Islands. Why does it do that? We should be able to have a default location if no results are found and if they are found and user is moving map as filter and there are no results for the area it should just leave them where they are and say No Results Found on the table and not display any markers.
