Let's make some changes to reporting.ratio_stats:

  • I'd like a "Median Ratio Met" Boolean, just like what we have for COD, PRB, and PRD
  • I would also like a "Vertical Equity met" column; if either PRB or PRD is met, then true, else false.
  • If possible: A column with N sales excluded
    • If we can do this, let's be sure to specify that the existing sale_n is the N of non-outlier sales used in the study, not the N pre-exclusion
