Steps:

login into the app
Generate a WiFi Interruption
Tap on Ranking Section
Activate WiFi
Scroll down in order to update screen

Expected:
Spinning icon should not be displayed

Actual:
Spinning icon got stuck on WiFi Interruption into Ranking Section

Fixes belatrix#247 now the icon won't get stuck when refresh is succeed
