We're kinda stuck on this one unless we want to build a feature to allow customers to input an existing, valid public hosted zone (delegated or otherwise) and leverage AWS Certificate Manager (ACM) and add the necessary conditional resources.

Accidentally conflated that with our previous design discussion. Lots of complexity to work through with this one.
