[OpenTelemetry] Support OpenTelemetry Java Instrumentation

Introduce support for the following OpenTelemetry Java Instrumentation, making each instrumentation configurable (enabled/disabled). Split stable/experimental in different modules.

Most instrumented libraries are not necessary since there are built-in, native versions in the Spring ecosystem.
