clientServerSkipUpdate does not skip java-db

I use clientServerSkipUpdate in the ClientServer mod, to skip downloading the database and java database by the client. But it doesn't work for java-db.
Is there any other solution to skip java-db download on client side?

skipJavaDBUpdate is not suitable, because then the jobs terminate with an error:

Unable to initialize the Java DB: Java DB update failed: '--skip-java-db-update' cannot be specified on the first run
