Broken link to missing "Original tool" section in README #247

In the README.md file, the Original tool section does NOT exist.
However, there is a broken link to that section under the Contents section - see Line 25.
The following sections are actually present in the contents of the file:

Please fix this.

Upon further investigations, it appears that the "Original tool" section was replaced by "Some History" section - around Line 1635 on PR #223.

I have opened PR #248 in an attempt to resolve this issue.
