Sometimes when I submit an assignment, it freezes the webpage by making me unable to scroll

To Reproduce:
Go to a submission page and submit something. You can't scroll anymore.

Expected Behaviour:
I wanna be able to scroll up after I finish assignments?

Not sharing personal info

Additional Context:
This is only a problem when I am at the bottom of the page and cannot access the menu at the top

Platform:
I'm on a school Chromebook... with A Schoology plus version I dunno
