Observing this on Housefire testnet, which is in Phase 4. Just shielded a significantly larger amount of IBC tokens than was initially in my shielded address, but no change in the estimated shielded rewards.

@brentstone can you double check this? I just shielded 0.3 atom and rewards went up from 18 to 132 and then ushielded 0.2 and they went down to 28
