[Namadillo]: Need to refresh to update transparent balance on Overview after transfer

What happened?

After IBC transferring transparent stATOM, the Overview page is not updated with the stATOM. Namadillo needs a page refresh before it shows up.

Same with the IBC from Namada page, which was why I ran into this issue in the first place.

The MASP page does show the shielded stATOM after transferring.

Steps to Reproduce

IBC transfer into Namada. Did not test IBC transfer out of Namada yet.

@Rigorously this is supposed to be fixed on 1.13.0 #1731 . Could you please try again when you have an updated instance?
