The text for the Nonceless Audit Voucher (and also the "without a validity period statement" old text) is incompatible with the table above this, which lists an "X" in the column "Validity -> RTC" which implies that RTC is used for validity period checking instead of a Nonce.
If the "X" in this table is wrong, it should be updated as well (in this PR or in the future).
If the "X" in this table is right, then the text is all wrong.
Note that a Nonceless Audit Voucher with validity period can also be used for the purpose of issuing it in advance! E.g. it can have a 2-year validity or so.
