Desideratum (originally from Thomas Nordlander, but I agree): Korg.apply_rotation should not have to approximate limb darkening. $\mu$-resolved intensity values are computed and we should use them.

When upgrading the RT algos (#257), this provides a good justification for dropping the exponential integral scheme for plane-parallel atmospheres.
