A (frontend) library to convert eastern Arabic numbers ١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩٠ to 1234567890

As we have mentioned in #2, Arabic numbers are not accepted for validation.

Besides that, even a payment gateway and third-party integrations don't accept Arabic numbers, so we need a way to convert Arabic numbers instantly in the frontend layer.

You can use this
(124578).toLocaleString("ar-EG").replaceAll('٬' ,'')
it will give you '١٢٤٥٧٨'

or
(124578).toLocaleString("ar-EG")
witch will give you '١٢٤٬٥٧٨'
