Add readme file showing name of topic and screenshots of output.

For every folder in Java and UI/XML add readme to it with name of topic and screenshot.
example for reference : https://github.com/VBSquad/Androiders-Buddy/tree/master/UI%20XML/RatingBar

@adizcode what do you mean by "one or two pointer are appreciated" ? Can you please be clear and brief.

@team-dj I meant I could use some basic instructions since I'm new to open source.

@adizcode that's absolutely okay.. just refer this readme https://github.com/VBSquad/Androiders-Buddy/tree/master/UI%20XML/RatingBar and do same like that...
In readme:

  1. Name of topic
  2. Screenshot heading
  3. Screenshot with proper label.

Feel free to ask any query 💯✌️

@team-dj I can't thank you enough :)

@team-dj How are the screenshot labels to be decided?
And is it okay to skip the screenshot label if there's just one screenshot available?
