Description:

Want to integrate RL RRT based global planner

Goals:

Integrate a RRT based global planner package
Swap out the current Dijkstra algorithm

Acceptance Criteria:

Pipeline actually uses the RRT package for global planning
No issues with simulation after rebuilding

Notes:

Package that would be swapped in
