直播间推送问题

操作系统：Windows Server 2022 Datacenter(windows 10.0.203483.524)
问题：全新部署依然出现error报错

另，windows安装install必须--legacy-peer-deps

key 是用户 uid，不是房间号，写了注释也不看的嘛

啊这 我的 主要是之前版本挺正常的 突然一下就不行了

另外每次install有的时候要--legacy-peer-deps

npm v7 开始确实可能有这个问题，过会我去加个 npmrc 默认启用这个 flag
