Task

Set up cron job on the backend to send a notification once every certain period of time
Note: will probably have to test by actually connecting your phone
- May also have something to do with device ID - see if it is possible to test all this right now
See if you can get an actual notification to pop up on your phone
Document what tools you end up using i.e. Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notifications, etc.
