Task

Create frontend components for the question options, the button at the bottom of the page, and the page overall
Update Mongo schema to store new information about age, gender, ethnicity, etc. (questions on onboarding flow)
- Also update the backend route that accesses user profile to return this new information

Future Work

Create a post route to post user in mongo when onboarding is done
