"Add date" in notes

I would like an "add date" function within the little ribbon when you write notes, that will just automatically add today's date into the line, keyboard shortcut for that function would be welcomed as well. Writing the date manually when I edit my notes isn't killing me, but I notice the lack of it.

@Disentimes , there is already a keyboard shortcut to insert the date & time (Alt + T). Unfortunately the format is not customizable yet, but if you wish to have only the date, you can just press Ctrl + Backspace twice.

Thank you for the quick and polite responses, I checked both the shortcuts and feature requests but I obviously didn't do a thorough enough job. I'm sorry as I didn't mean to clutter the discussion, and I'll remove this thread very soon and go over to #962
