As a user, I would like to see created_at date and time in local time zone
The following record was created at 10:54 local time.

@LocoDelAssembly @jlpereira afaikt there are 2 solutions, let me know what might be best.

  1. Use a gem, this involves adding some javascript overhead (Question: How to use with Rails 6 and Webpacker? kbaum/browser-timezone-rails#45)
  2. Let the user define a timezone in a new User attribute, and load it.

Others?
