** What are you trying to accomplish? **
The latest version available on PyPi is 3.7.0.

I would like to use connections.toml files within my deployment pipelines/other devs machines without having to build from source and version 3.7.0 doesn't have that feature.

** What options have you tried so far ? **
I currently pull in the github repo and build the project from there but that complicates matters vs having a simple requirements.txt file that my dev users can employ to install the project.
