Expected Behavior

QR code scanner should work on Android to scan people in to check-in items.

Steps to Reproduce

With the advent of Android 14, there needs to be some security receiver export that we did not have because previous versions of the app did not cater to Android 14. More details can be found here.

OS: Android 14
